Pat, Here is the end result of slab 1472-10.... After extensive searches for a large sycamore slab, there were only a handful of suppliers that had the dimensions I was looking for. I sent inquiries to every one of them and you and your team were the first to respond with every detail I had asked for in the first round, that is rare these days. Your ongoing communication and upfront honesty was appreciated. While the slab had a few dips on the bottom end, you guys called me immediately to let me know what was going on and how we wanted to move forward. I think only my dogs will be the one that sees the slight dips underneath the table so we moved forward. Your transaction, your communication every step of the way including the shipping and delivery was spot on.
