Guatemala Rosewood, also known as Rosul, is one of the rare Dalbergias, admired for its reddish-brown hues and straight grain. Prized by luthiers for tonal excellence, it’s used in guitars, marimbas, and fine instruments, as well as turning stock and specialty furniture. As is common with rosewoods, boards are typically narrow and short, but each piece delivers outstanding yield for high-value projects.
