As an architect and a new homeowner, I spent months looking for the right table. When my partner and I decided that a live edge table for our wide-open dining room would be the ideal feature, I spent another 2 months finding the right slab and the right team to do it, and the result had to be perfect. I found not only what I was looking for, but one of the most talented furniture makers to execute it. My table is 120″, a rare and beautiful slab that has a number of unique features. The legs were made to my specification and turned out beautifully.
Titus has a deep understanding of his craft, speaking to him I felt confident that my goals were being heard, I felt I had a say in the process and also a great team to explain and walk me through my options.
The result is truly magnificent, I imagine this table will be passed on to future generations as a great work of art. So much great care was taken to highlight all the beautiful characteristics of this slab.
As someone who works with a lot of specialists in my day job, working with Pat at Wood Vendors was always a great pleasure. He and his team are careful, professional and are just so much fun to work with because you can feel their passion and love for what they do. I am thinking I should work with Titus and the team again in the future for some other bespoke pieces I am dreaming of already. Thank you Wood Vendors team!
