Pat –“Got a 92″ finished walnut slab for a dining table sent to my fabricator for a metal base. It’s done now and is absolutely stunning! The quality of the wood and the finish is incredible. It was great working with Pat on the piece.”

Kyle turned 8/4 QS zebra wood in to a thinner veneer type material to make this door.

We had the pleasure of helping Tom and Sheryl with the beams in their new house!
They picked out Appalachian Hardwood beams in a hand-hewn texture.
Tom and Sheryl added some stain and finish on to these beams to make them pop and last longer!

“One unexpected feature of this slab that didn’t really emerge until I sealed the slab before finishing, we’re the presence of visible symmetric medullary rays over the length of the entire slab. I’ve only seen rays like that on quarter sawn maple and oak, not a massive walnut slab. They were even visible on the live edges and shape shifted in a holographic way
from different light and viewing angles. Very nice!
