    USES:  Decking and Flooring
    ORIGINS:  Mainly Peru and Brazil
    BOTANICAL NAME:  Tabebuia spp.
    COMMON NAME:  Brazilian Walnut, Iron wood
    COLOR DETAILS:  Often dark chocolate brown but can vary from yellow green to reddish tones. The color will change over time with UV exposure to an aesthetically appealing patina.
    WEIGHT:  5.5 lbs per B.F.
    WORKABILITY:  Very Hard will dull blades and tools
